Whatever the message you are trying to convey, a very diverse audience will hear it and each member of that audience will interpret what you say or write through their own unique individual filters. It is never possible to navigate precisely through all of these variations, and you will invariably offend or miscommunicate to some segments of your audience. There is no perfect document or speech. You can, however, be sensitive to your audience and their tendencies to hear what they want to hear rather than what you say.
