Willful Ignorance

Sometimes you do not have all the facts or information you would like to make a decision. It is not possible to know everything or gather every piece of data. This is different from the situation where the data is available, or could be available, and you simply choose to ignore it. That is being willfully ignorant. The sustained leader never does this. This webinar will review the concepts of gathering the facts that exist and dealing with them while doing your best to ask the tough questions and deal with the difficult answers. Ignoring reality does not change reality. The sustained leader confronts the facts and deals with them.
